RETURNS

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be intact and in original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.

When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs for faulty products only.

Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s card excluding shipping costs and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).

We check every item before dispatch but if you are unhappy with anything you receive, please do email us immediately and let us know.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

In the unlikely event that something that has been ordered is out of stock we will part–ship and give you the option of a refund/exchange on the outstanding item/items.

Here are some Trianon policy guidelines to note before placing your order:

ONE-OF-A-KIND PRODUCTS

All Trianon products are artisan crafted. Given their handmade and hand-finished nature, variations are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike. Images on our websites and items shown in our galleries may vary from your actual piece.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed; the remaining 50% will be charged when your order ships. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

PAYMENT

You may see either a $0.01 or $1.00 authorization on your credit/debit card after you purchase your item(s). This is part of our anti-fraud system. This authorization will expire and be removed from your card within 3-7 days depending on your bank's policy. Your account will be charged as items ship, with the exception of special orders. For special orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed; the remaining 50% will be charged when your order ships.

SHIP-TO ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to ensure that all ship-to address information is correct. This is particularly important if you have multiple residences.

PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY

It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. Please see our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines for instructions on measuring your home's spaces to ensure items will fit at the time of delivery.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented within 30 days of delivery or purchase from a gallery. We do not offer price adjustments on Outlet, Warehouse, clearance, final sale or seasonal merchandise.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product availability information. We will notify you via email in the event that a product's availability date changes.
